I understand that if I am accepted - I will be sent an invoice for my booth fees or deposit (if applicable) and this invoice must be paid within 48 hours to confirm your space.*
I understand that I can apply for one market at a time and am not required to book all dates/locations at once.*
I understand that I am required to provide everything needed for my booth including tables, chairs, displays, signage, etc. *
I understand that it is mandatory to have a sign with my business name on it. Any color ez-up or umbrella is fine.*
I understand that I am fully responsible for watching my booth and supervising all activity throughout the event. Muse Markets and the venue are not responsible for any damages/stolen property during the event.*
I understand that my booth must look professional, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.*
I understand that if I am no longer able to attend that I will not be refunded. Credit transfers available case-by-case with at least 7 days notice.*
I understand that this is a rain or shine event even when booking an outdoor venue. If an event is cancelled due to rain, a credit will be honored. No refunds will be given.*
I understand that it is my responsibility to be in accordance to state and local best-business practices. *
I understand that it is my responsibility to be professional and respectful and that Muse Markets is capable of prohibiting future participation if this community guideline is ignored. *
